LightChem系(xi)列光(guang)電(dian)化學藍寶石反應(ying)釜, 視(shi)窗(chuang)材質采用藍寶石玻璃,可視(shi)直徑(jing)40mm。電(dian)化學電(dian)極(ji)標配三電(dian)極(ji)體系(xi):工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)極(ji),參比電(dian)極(ji),輔助電(dian)極(ji)。溫度250度。壓力10Mpa、20Mpa、30Mpa可選。世紀(ji)森朗(lang)MRSC-LC-D反應(ying)釜控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統V1.06,可以(yi)實(shi)現對反應(ying)釜的(de)加熱(re)、冷卻、攪拌、程序編程、數(shu)據采集等諸多控(kong)制(zhi)功能(neng)。
1、 MRSC-LC-D反應釜控制系(xi)統V1.06控溫(wen)檢測:
液(ye)晶顯示(shi)屏三色LCD智能控制儀,同(tong)時檢測釜內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)和釜壁溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)。并進行(xing)連鎖控制,任(ren)何一路超過設(she)定值均不會加熱(re)(re),并且可以自行(xing)設(she)定加熱(re)(re)速率(lv)。這樣有效防止了溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)過沖(chong),非常適合(he)反(fan)應溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)低于150度(du)的實驗和需(xu)要限制一些(xie)超過臨界(jie)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)值會產生爆炸(zha)或分解的反(fan)應物(wu)質。
2、高溫磁子(zi)強力攪(jiao)拌,可(ke)配置槳式(shi)機械(xie)攪(jiao)拌方式(shi):
光電聯合催化(hua)反應釜(fu)采用稀土材料強力磁鐵,攪拌力矩大大提升。直流無刷(shua)電機(ji)使攪拌壽命理論(lun)上可(ke)以達到10年以上而不需更換磨損部件(jian)。轉(zhuan)速可(ke)以由0-1500轉(zhuan)/分自由設定,且不失轉(zhuan)。
3、聲(sheng)光雙重報(bao)警(jing)系統:
溫(wen)度(du)或(huo)壓(ya)力報(bao)警后(hou)(hou)(hou)均會觸發(fa)報(bao)警,報(bao)警后(hou)(hou)(hou)相(xiang)關報(bao)警點顯示為紅色并(bing)且閃爍。控制器內置交流接觸器,控制加(jia)熱電源開關。報(bao)警同(tong)時加(jia)熱自(zi)動停止。連鎖控制后(hou)(hou)(hou),此報(bao)警需人為檢查后(hou)(hou)(hou)找到(dao)故障原(yuan)因(yin)后(hou)(hou)(hou)方可手動恢復(fu)。(也可設定(ding)為自(zi)動恢復(fu)加(jia)熱)并(bing)可選配(pei)可燃氣體報(bao)警系統。
4、模塊化加熱(re)設計:
光(guang)電聯合(he)催化(hua)反(fan)應(ying)釜不同的容積(ji)的反(fan)應(ying)釜可(ke)以(yi)共用控制底盤(pan),相(xiang)同外徑的釜體可(ke)以(yi)共用加(jia)熱(re)(re)器。從而(er)大大節省了經費。并且加(jia)熱(re)(re)器外殼(ke)設有專用防燙(tang)護罩,防止客戶燙(tang)傷(shang)。
5、靈活(huo)的(de)選(xuan)配及定制(zhi):世紀森朗擁有著十多(duo)年(nian)微(wei)型高壓反應(ying)釜(fu)加工技術經驗(yan)和反應(ying)設(she)備核心技術,可為用戶定制(zhi)加工適應(ying)不同(tong)實驗(yan)體系的(de)反應(ying)設(she)備,并保證其安全(quan)、穩定、操作簡(jian)便。
a、氣(qi)(qi)體報(bao)警系(xi)統:配備氣(qi)(qi)體報(bao)警系(xi)統后,可燃氣(qi)(qi)體報(bao)警后會聯動反應釜控(kong)制器報(bao)警,并且加熱(re)自動停(ting)止。
b、壓力(li)顯(xian)(xian)示(控制(zhi)(zhi))模塊:壓力(li)顯(xian)(xian)示模塊包含壓力(li)傳感(gan)器、連接(jie)電纜、智(zhi)能顯(xian)(xian)示控制(zhi)(zhi)器。壓力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)模塊額(e)外(wai)添加氣動背壓閥及(ji)電子壓力(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)器。壓力(li)范圍視反應釜耐壓配置(zhi)。
c 、冷(leng)卻(que)模塊:可以選配氣動冷(leng)卻(que)模塊快速冷(leng)卻(que)釜壁溫度。包(bao)含電纜(lan)、電磁閥(fa)、及管線。
d、選配數(shu)據(ju)(ju)通訊(xun)電(dian)纜及數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采(cai)集(ji)軟件。可以實現對(dui)光(guang)電(dian)聯合催化磁力(li)反應釜(fu)反應溫度(du)、釜(fu)壁溫度(du)和(he)壓力(li)的采(cai)集(ji)。
e、相(xiang)關數(shu)(shu)據可以(yi)動態回放,可以(yi)同時記(ji)錄(lu)所(suo)有(you)數(shu)(shu)據,并可以(yi)為反應(ying)釜(fu)配套系統添加額外的保溫伴熱(re)模(mo)塊或(huo)壓(ya)力顯(xian)示(shi)模(mo)塊。數(shu)(shu)據可以(yi)轉換為excel表(biao)格,方便客戶(hu)進行二次圖表(biao)處理。
